My life story: I lived on a farm, but I was always on a chain. When my owner died, I met his daughter. She didn’t know her father had a dog and was very surprised when she saw me on the chain. I am about 4 years old and I was very thin, with a wound on my paw and also blind in one eye. She decided she couldn’t leave me there alone or I’d die - but she couldn’t keep me either because her house was too small. So in December 2024 she decided to take me to the shelter and ask Cadela Carlota for help.

My temperament: I am shy with people because I’ve never had affection in my life. Since living at the shelter I have become more used to people and the volunteers say that I’m an affectionate, calm and obedient dog. They all love me and enjoy spending time with me and walking me. I know I’ll learn a lot from them and that my life will be better from now on. I would like to have a comfortable home, with a family that loves me and treats me very well. I would behave very well and I would be the best dog in the world.
